Synopsis by Cecilia Cygnar
In this video you will head to the waters off the coast of Thailand with Jacques Cousteau. The expedition will travel into the Gulf of Siam for a study of the culture and the people of Thailand, whose increasing industrialization is threatening its marine life. Cousteau goes to the bottom of the sea to watch the Thai fisherman who make a insufficient living by netting fish from the few that remain in these waters. The cameras also take the viewer on an odyssey to see the wonders of this gulf, including an uncharted coral reef filled with jellyfish, leopard sharks, stingrays, and squid.
