synopsis
A former British officer is hired by an insurance company to investigate an African diamond and gold fraud involving an unscrupulous American (doesn't it always?), sunken ships, and a diamond dredger. Not nearly as interesting as it sounds, though it is occasionally exciting. Richard Todd plays Harry Sanders in a reprise of his role from Death Drums Along the River.
