A scorching love triangle threatens to destroy the lives of three Los Angelenos in this intense psychological drama. Sensitive Brian is in a particularly vulnerable position when he falls for sultry, free-spirited actress Jules. Though their sex life is electric, Jules is unlike any woman Brian has ever known. In addition to having deep psychic scars that have forever altered her views on sex and love, Jules claims that all we really ever know about others are the secret hopes that we project onto them. Meanwhile, Jules goes to work for Brian's best friend Sam, a handsome misogynist who runs a high-class escort service for wealthy L.A. businessmen. When the sexual tension between Sam and Jules erupts into a passionate affair, Jules decides to leave Brian for Sam.
