Released from a 200-year-old spell, evil witch Tuatha (Brigid Brannagh) makes up for lost time by searching for her all-powerful scepter -- a search that requires her to steal the hearts of three unlucky film students. Teaming up with their Whitelighter Leo (Brian Krause), the Halliwell girls endeavor to locate and train the "Chosen One," the only person capable of using the scepter for good rather than evil. The identity of the Chosen One turns out to be quite a shock -- especially to the one chosen, who wants no part of the deal. Meanwhile, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) continues to have mixed feelings about Dan (Greg Vaughan).
