synopsis
The Avatars' new utopian world seems to be working, and the citizens of Earth seem happy. Unfortunately, those who are not happy are instantly "purged," and the rest are in danger of turning into Stepford-like automatons. Now realizing that the Avatars' vision is not the way things should be, the Charmed Ones and Leo (Brian Krause) attempt to return the world to its previous status quo -- but this requires our heroines to align themselves with the all-powerful demon Zankou (Oded Fehr).
