Synopsis by Hal Erickson
The police are continually frustrated in their efforts to catch an elusive burglar. They know the criminal's identity, and they're aware that he steals only when he needs to pay his gambling debts, but they've yet to catch him red-handed. The Angels are commissioned to "tap out" the miscreant and force him into another burglary. (Entrapment? Well, not exactly....)
