Chain of Command (1993)
by Brian Whitener review

An unrepentant Michael Dudikoff vehicle, Chain of Command is a film with a bad 1980s hangover. This time, Dudikoff plays an ex-special forces officer who's walked away from the violent life. Only to return, rather easily, once a group of Americans are kidnapped in the Middle East country of Qumir. Michael goes undercover as Merrill Ross to rescue the hostages and defeat the terrorist organization. Toss in a love interest, a crime boss, and some other B grade villains, bake for two hours, and it's a Dudikoff classic.
