synopsis
In this film, Silvio Steno is an actor who also manages the theater company that includes his wife Simonetta. While Silvio buries himself in his work, his wife feels neglected. When Simonetta's brother Lelio sees his sister and another man together on the Grand Canal, he attempts to blackmail her.
