synopsis
In this film, Cappy Ricks takes on lobbyists who are trying to pass a law banning shingles on roofs to force consumers to purchase their new roofing materials. Cappy, who runs a lumber company, knows that this could be devastating and hires a gutsy young fellow to fight the law.
