In the not-too-distant future, the streets for Tokyo are running rampant with crime. Every citizen is allowed to carry a weapon for protection, but unfortunately, this includes the criminals! To deal with those who abuse the law and their fellow citizens, the organization RAPT polices the streets. There is a reckless and deadly group of four "angels," however, who strike fear into the hearts of both criminals and RAPT: Meg, Sei, Jo, and Amy. These lovely and violent mercenaries are a source of both titilation and terror to everyone--including Kyohei, their young cook.
