Synopsis by Jack Rodgers

The Nordic Food Lab (an offshoot of the acclaimed Copenhagen restaurant Noma) sends a team around the world to investigate cultures and establishments that serve meals containing insects. Along the way, they explore the possibility that these dishes will become more commonplace in the future in order to feed a growing global population. Directed by Andreas Johnsen, Bugs made its world premiere at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival.
