Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Marjorie Villis is Brenda of the Barge in this British meller. Brenda is the object of the affection of callow young farmer Jim Walden (James Knight). How could he suspect that she is actually his own stepsister, kidnapped in infancy? Note that word "stepsister", which permits a happy ending without any fear of idiot children. Director Arthur Rooke also wrote the screenplay for this lukewarm effort.
