Prolific filmmaker Errikos Thalassinos directed this tale of mistaken identity in ancient Greece. Two traveling performers, Vlakometros (Thimios Karakatsanis) and Poniridis (Yiorgos Konstantinou) come to a city which is being oppressed by the tyrannical rule of King Hippias (also played by Karakatsanis). Because Vlakometros looks almost like the king's identical twin, two separate factions who are planning a revolt for different reasons each try to use the unwitting performer to further their goals. Katia Dandoulaki and Vassilis Mitsakis co-star in this entertaining story of intrigue and deception.
