Synopsis by Michael Hastings
Long before producer Frank Farian struck paydirt with the lip-synching juggernaut Milli Vanilli, he fabricated this group of West Indian singers to perform his unique brand of Euro-pop songwriting, moments of which are collected here for the first time on domestic-release DVD. Most of the clips on the disc - including the songs "Belfast," "Sunny," and "Daddy Cool" - were recorded live in the '70s for European TV.
