Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Low-budget silent screen cowboy Dick Hatton is once again accused of a crime he didn't commit in this undistinguished oater produced by an outfit calling itself Adventure Production. This time, Hatton's foster father Nelson McDowell comes to his aid as the two of them get the goods on the real culprit, nasty-looking Les Bates. Hatton was a remarkably sullen Western hero whose appeal is difficult to comprehend for a modern audience. Not especially good-looking and a terrible actor, Hatton usually needed a strong supporting character -- in this case that wonderful hayseed McDowell -- to aid him in catching the bad guys. Leading lady Florence Lee is not the character actress of the same name who also appeared in films of the 1920s.
