Synopsis by Janiss Garza

This routine mystery came from the long-forgotten Astra studios. Eileen Caverly (Mollie King) is suspected of smuggling and she is on the run from a detective. She boards a train headed north. Also onboard are Bobby Guerton (Earl Foxe) and the woman he has just married in a drunken stupor. The train wrecks and the wife is killed. Eileen sees a way out by posing as Guerton's wife, and since Bobby was so drunk that he doesn't know who he married, the plan works. The couple are surprisingly happy for the next four years, and the birth of a son helps reconcile Guerton and his father (William Riley Hatch). But one night, Crow, the real smuggler, shows up at the Guertons' home and he tries to blackmail Eileen. Bobby thinks he is a burglar and a struggle ensues. Crow is killed by a police officer and Eileen's past remains a secret to her husband.
