Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

A pregnant woman makes the fatal mistake of inviting an outwardly amiable stranger into her home, only to realize too little too late that his intentions are much more malevolent that appearances suggest. Elizabeth has just seen her husband Daniel off to work when Jerome knocks on her door with fliers seeking information that will lead to the recovery of his young, missing son. Sensing the pain of a parent's loss, Elizabeth invites Daniel in for a cup of coffee, but grows unnerved when he continues to turn the conversation back on her. By the time she asks him to leave, her fate is already sealed. Knocked unconscious as she reaches for the phone in a panic, Elizabeth awakens to the realization that she is in mortal danger. As Jerome's ruthless interrogation of the expectant mother escalates into a ferocious physical assault, Elizabeth goes into labor, transforming what should have been a joyous event into one of the most harrowing experiences imaginable.
