A live version of the popular workout video. Martial arts and fitness expert Billy Blanks introduces the punches, kicks and turns that are needed to participate in a basic Tae Bo workout. In this, the first volume in a four-part series, Banks encourages exercisers to take their time to learn the moves correctly, encouraging them to pay close attention to detail and safety.
