Tae-bo guru Billy Blanks hosts the home exercise release Billy Blanks: Tae Bo - Amped Rock 'N Sculpt, which actually packs three invigorating 40-45-minute workouts into a single program. The first, 'Tae-bo Amped Rockin' Abs' helps the participant hone in on the abdominal muscles, strengthen his or her core and trim and sculpt the waist via spherical exercises. The second, 'Tae-bo Amped Rockin' Buns,' hones in on lower-body muscles, with movements that slim, tone, sculpt and strengthen such muscles as the gluteus maximus, the thighs, the calves and the hips. And finally, 'Tae-Bo Amped Sculpt Express tones, shapes and develops every major muscle group simultaneously.
