In this low-budget version of Road Warrior, with a little Texas Chainsaw Massacre thrown in, a young couple driving through the desert stop for a romantic interlude. They are set upon by a crazed-killer biker calling himself Billy Badd. Fearing he will kill them, they manage to escape, but the maniac chases them through the desert. The only person they find who might be able to help them is a Vietnam veteran, but he, like everyone else, seems too terrified to do anything.
