Hong Kong filmmaker Chow Cheung directed this low-budget crime film about a group of thieves from mainland China who rob a jewelry store in Hong Kong, then travel to Taiwan to fence the ill-gotten gems. The man whom they meet to sell their jewels rips them off, angering the thieves into a destructive raid on the fence's drug business. Police officers Show-yun (Michiko Nishiwaki) and Wei (Mark Cheng) are the usual mismatched, bickering duo who track the thieves while simultaneously battling the druglord's henchmen as they seek revenge. Genre veteran Wu Ma(as the Chief of Police) co-stars with Gary Siu.
