A direct-to-video docudrama with echoes of George P. Cosmatos's 1976 all-star bioterror opus The Cassandra Crossing, the 2003 film Betrayed concerns an apocryphal Canadian small town on the brink of horror when faced with the contamination of its entire water supply. Anne Wheeler directs, from a script she co-wrote with Jeremy Cole.
