The debut feature from writer/director Tom Small, this family-friendly sci-fi comedy finds Earth threatened when it's caught in the crossfire of an intergalactic war. Humankind's only hope for survival are the kids of Betaville, a camp where the children of Earth's heads of state spend their summers. Betaville's cast features the likes of John Astin, Judge Reinhold, and soul singer Lou Rawls.
