Synopsis by Robert Firsching

Prolific Greek filmmaker Orestis Laskos directed this adaptation of the successful play by Yiorgos Assimakopoulos, Panayiotis Papadoukas, and Vassilis Spyropoulos. The story concerns two bickering neighbors, Doltsetos (Nikos Stavridis) and Dalbassis (Mimis Fotopoulos) whose musical tastes and divergent lifestyles put them constantly at odds. Doltsetos, who loves classical music, is constantly in a bad financial state. Dalbassis, on the other hand, is passionate about popular music and gets his band hired at a nightclub. Dalbassis's star continues to rise as he gets hired to compose a soundtrack and lands a concert tour in the United States. The two men finally decide to bury the hatchet and be friends after Doltsetos's daughter Julia (Beata Assimakopoulou) falls for Dalbassis's son Loukis (Stavros Paravas).
