Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
Naïve and bumbling young Clancy (Westley Scott) gets into a real stew after he foolishly plays poker with mobsters and loses his shirt. Fortunately his ingenious and sexy cousin Brittany is around to save him with her plot to host a wet t-shirt competition featuring her bosomy buddies Megan and Heather. Unfortunately, finding a location and getting the necessary permits proves tougher than they thought.
