Synopsis

A look at a women's prison (Part 5) follows Corrections Corporation of America CEO John Ferguson as he works as a guard at a CCA "facility" in New Mexico. Ferguson is seen fingerprinting a newly arrived inmate not long after beginning his first 12-hour shift. He also hears complaints about staffing and leaves early ("Now I'm ready for a glass of chardonnay"). On Day 2 there are complaints about food from inmates, and on Day 3 he cleans a cell. The occupant's assessment: "Missed a spot!" Eric Meyers narrates.
