Part 3 follows Bob Dickinson, who runs the Miami-based Carnival Cruises, as he works a five-day Caribbean cruise. Dickinson discovers that he's good at waiting tables and emceeing a ballroom show, but he literally sweats his way through a shift as a poolside-bar waiter. Cleaning rooms is no vacation, either. And he must listen to complaints about tips---from staff and guests alike.
