Synopsis by Mark Deming
After the sudden and unexpected breakup of the influential leftist rock band Rage Against the Machine, RATM members Tom Morello (guitar), Brad Wilk (drums), and Timmy Commerford (bass) surprised many fans by joining forces with ex-Soundgarden vocalist Chris Cornell and quickly forming a new group, Audioslave. This home-video release features music videos for three songs from Audioslave's self-titled debut album -- "Cochise," "Show Me How to Live," and "Like a Stone" -- as well as songs from a live performance in New York City in the fall of 2002, including "Set It Off" and "Gasoline."
