Synopsis by Robert Firsching
Antonis Tempos directed this creepy drama about a former college professor named Angelos (Manos Katrakis) who is obsessed with the memory of his late wife. Angelos lives shut away in a farmhouse with his daughter Laura (Katerina Vassilakou), whom he views as homely, plain, and clumsy. Laura can do little to please her father, as anything she does compares unfavorably to her deceased mother in his eyes. Much of the film details Angelos's inner death and Laura's futile attempts to win his approval, until a good-looking fellow named Harris (Yiorgos Kambanellis) drops by the farm and begins to show some interest in the surprised young wallflower. Vangelis Kazan and Theodoros Moridis co-star with Soula Athanassiadou.
