Arrest Bulldog Drummond (1938)
by Robert Firsching review

One of the best of the two dozen Bulldog Drummond films (1922-70), this one has John Howard back as the famed detective and has the usual supporting cast. Based on H.C. "Sapper" McNeile's The Final Count, the film involves poisonous stingrays, death-rays, mad scientists, and Drummond being charged with murder. It's a bit more energetic than most films in the series and has a very watchable villain thanks to an enthusiastic turn by character actor George Zucco.
