The third episode in the animated video series featuring the cyborg cop Armitage and her human partner Ross Sylibus reveals that they have arrested a cyborg double of the villain D'Anclaude, and the real killer is still on the loose. However, a cyborg terrorist faction begins a series of bombings in the Mars city of St. Lowel, and the cops are pulled off the D'Anclaude case. Nevertheless, the detectives discover a startling connection between D'Anclaude and the technological corporation that created Armitage.
