This is the first episode in a Japanese cyberpunk series released on video in Japan, revolving around the tense relationship between two cops stationed on a Mars colony called St. Lowel City: Ross Sylibus, a hard-boiled Chicago police detective and Armitage, his female cyborg partner. When a murdered country music star turns out to be a cyborg, the cops discover that the singer has been the victim of Rene D'Anclaude, a human who hunts down cyborgs.
