synopsis
The Salzburger Festspiele mounted this production of Richard Strauss's opera Ariadne auf naxos in 1965. The production stars Sena Jurinac, Reri Grist and Hildegard Hillebrecht; the Wiener Philharmoniker, under the direction of Karl Böhm, provides musical accompaniment.
