Determined to impress his dream girl Alice (Aïssa Maïga) no matter what it takes, affluent young entrepreneur Max (Max Boublil) buys the factory where she works, and leads her to believe that he's just another employee. Later, as Max pours all of his wealth into bettering the lives of Alice and her coworkers, he realizes that maintaining the ruse will be much more difficult than he originally anticipated.
