Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

A Canadian-born man searches for his missing wife after she vanishes without a trace during a romantic trip to the Great White North. Tom Marlow (Corey Haim) and his wife were enjoying an intimate evening alone when the unthinkable happened. The love of his life gone in the blink of an eye, Tom scours their vacation home for clues and does his best to cooperate with the local authorities while pleading with the American Embassy for help. In time Tom's desperation gets the best of him and he takes the case into his own hands, hiring a gruff private investigator to aid in the search. As their search intensifies, Tom receives an ominous telephone call from a person who claims to have his wife. If Tom cooperates with the kidnapper's demands, his wife will be released unharmed; if he makes one false move, she's dead. The more intense the search grows, the more obvious it becomes to Tom that this crime is personal, and that getting his wife back is going to be more difficult than he ever imagined.
