An outwardly handsome, normal looking man spends his days dreaming of the most vile methods of slaughtering beautiful women, and his nights living out his demented fantasies in director Richard Terrasi's gruesome look at the monster that dwells within. To glance at Andrew, one would never suspect that beneath his unblemished skin beats the black heart of a sadistic psychopath.
