Inspired by the cat-girl-android premise of All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku OVA 1, All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku DASH! finds Nuku Nuku with amnesia. She drops in on the Natsume family who take her in. Now living under the name Atsuko Higuchi, she is loved for her sweet personality and fantastic skills in the kitchen. Things become a little bit suspicious, however, after her arrival in town. Low-flying aircraft, new and frightening machines running amok, and a strange sense of panic start to make the Natsume family wonder just where this new girl came from.
