synopsis
In another flashback episode, Mike and Gloria recall their first blind date way back in 1968. Once again, the audience is treated to a glimpse of the curly haired, squeaky-voiced, pre-Lib Gloria and the bearded, oversexed radical Mike. Christopher Guest, who later appeared in the Rob Reiner-directed films The Princess Bride and This is Spinal Tap, is here cast as Jim, with Priscilla Lopez as Debbie. Written by Bob Schiller and Bob Weiskopf, "Mike and Gloria Meet" first aired on December 11, 1977.
