Synopsis by Hal Erickson
In the conclusion of a two-part story, Alice (Linda Lavin) despairs over the likelihood that her overbearing mother-in-law Rose (Eileen Heckart) will move to Phoenix permanently. The only way out of this devastating dilemma is to patch up the differences between Rose and her estranged husband Charlie (Murray Hamilton). Problem is, Charlie is apparently having a grand old time as an "instant" bachelor.
