synopsis
Mel (Vic Tayback) must undergo minor surgery for a deviated septum. While at the hospital, Mel wonders if it might be worth it to have a full-scale nose job--an idea which gives pause not only to the doctor (Kenneth Mars), but also to Mel's waitresses. And by the way, take a close look at that old picture of Mel's "father".
