After discovering gambling in this first-season episode of the NBC sitcom, ALF becomes hooked. Unfortunately, before too long, he's racked up a substantial debt and his bookie wants him to pay up. Comedian Anne Meara guest stars once again as Kate's mother, Dorothy.
