What does it feel like to grow old? Are we too scared to know? This poignant video intertwines conversations between children and the elderly with the writings of the late poet, Gerald Frost. Issues explored include: life changes, the importance of remembering self-worth after retirement, taking leave of place and friends, and living life fully in later years.
