synopsis
When a college professor discovers a new poison that kills its victims by causing them to laugh hysterically, humiliate themselves and then just fade out, without a trace, he wants to use it for the betterment of mankind. Unfortunately, however, as his research funds run out and he runs into opposition on the part of some of his research cronies, he begins to use it for his own selfish gains.
