synopsis
In this British made-for-TV movie, Jack Shepard stars as Peplow, a reserved man who meets up with a disenchanted, crippled veteran on the day of their town's annual fair. Unbeknownst to the curmudgeon vet, Peplow has come to town for more than just the fair.
