synopsis
The partisans (anti-Nazis) of Yugoslavia were involved in the battle against Germany quite early, and inflicted some of the earliest military reversals on Hitler's war machine. This epic war drama explores the activities and adventures of the partisans in the early days of the conflict. It also details the intrigues for and against Marshall Tito, as well as his pre-eminent role in the fighting.
