Shinobu is an apprentice ninja who's training to pass her exam. As part of the test, her lecherous master has decided she must sneak into the room of a normal high-school student named Kaede and steal a pair of her panties. Unfortunately, Shinobu's skills as a ninja aren't developed enough for her panty raid to go unnoticed, and Kaede catches her red-handed. Suddenly these two girls find themselves forging what will be a lasting friendship, despite the wacky circumstances. But can a ninja-in-training really be best friends with an average schoolgirl?
