The aptly titled 29 Minute Beginner's Workout is hosted by AFFA accredited fitness instructor Deborah Lee, and is geared towards those who are either just beginning a workout routine, or exercise on a more casual basis. The warm-up is gentle, while the aerobics are low-impact and designed to burn calories without a significant increase in heart rate. Also included is a calisthenics segment for muscle toning, as well as a relaxing cool down.
