Synopsis by Perry Seibert
The documentary 25 to Life examines the benefits and problems of California's "Three Strikes" law, which assures that anyone convicted of a third felony will be sent to prison for life. Although the law was intended to curb violent crimes, it has resulted in numerous people who have never committed a violent crime being sentenced to a life of incarceration.
