synopsis
1999 is a comedy drama about a party in New York's Greenwich Village on New Year's Eve, 1999. One party-goer, Rufus, wants to end his relationship with Annabell. Rufus considers confessing his love to Nicole but a flashback scene forces him to reconsider and reflect upon himself.
