synopsis
Astronauts journey to the moon and discover it inhabited by semi-pacifistic aliens who only resort to violence when peace is threatened. They find the Earthlings frightening and so use their technology to turn the entire North American continent into a frozen wasteland. They refuse to thaw it out unless all Earth people agree to stop fighting wars.
